Important Repair Policy Notice
For repairs to your ArthroStim®, VibraCussor®, AccuStim™, or New Dimension Percussor™, please ensure the serial number provided is accurate, as it determines the appropriate service level. If the serial number is misread or incorrectly entered, resulting in an incorrect service level assignment, IMPAC Inc. is not obligated to honor it. The correct service level will be based on the verified manufacture date.
If the instrument shows excessive wear or damage beyond normal use, IMPAC Inc. will contact you with an updated repair quote tailored to the unit’s condition.
Any additional requirements or conditions specific to your repair will be communicated as needed. By proceeding with the repair request, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
