Terms and Conditions for Recurring Payments

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the recurring payment plan for the purchase of physical goods from IMPAC Inc. (“Company”) doing business in Oregon, USA. By enrolling in our recurring payment plan, you (“Customer”) agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms:
1. Recurring Payments
1.1 Payment Schedule: Payments will be automatically deducted from your designated payment method on a monthly basis.
1.2 Payment Amount: The amount to be paid each month will be the total purchase price of the goods divided by the number of months in the agreed payment plan.
2. Interest Rate
2.1 Zero Percent Interest: The recurring payment plan carries a 0% interest rate for the duration of the term, provided payments are made on time.
3. Late Payments
3.1 Initial Grace Period: If a payment is missed, there will be no late fee for the first two months following the missed payment.
3.2 Late Fee: If a payment is still unpaid after the initial two-month grace period, a late fee of 10% of the missed month’s payment amount will be applied.
4. Missed Payments and Interest Rate Adjustment
4.1 Missed Payments: If two consecutive payments are missed, the interest rate on the remaining balance will increase from 0% to 5% for the remainder of the term.
5. Early Payoffs
5.1 No Penalty for Early Payoffs: Customers may choose to pay off the remaining balance at any time without incurring any additional fees or penalties.
6. Changes to Terms
6.1 Modification of Terms: The Company reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Customers will be notified of any changes at least 30 days before they take effect.
7. Governing Law
7.1 Jurisdiction: These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
