Can’t find your serial number? This service is your backup option, but we strongly recommend finding your number for a faster and more efficient repair.

Providing your instrument’s serial number is the best way to get it serviced. It allows our system to instantly identify your instrument’s age and history, which is why 98% of our repairs are completed and shipped on the same day they’re received.

If you proceed without a serial number the default age group is 13 years, the process is significantly slower and less efficient. Here’s what to expect:

• Extended Turnaround Time: Instead of a single day, the repair process will be delayed and could take up to 10 days. This is because our team has to manually search company records to identify your instrument.
• Price is a Placeholder Only: The price you see here is a deposit, not the final cost. Once we identify your instrument and its age, we will determine the correct service tier.
• Price Adjustment: The final price may need to be adjusted, and if so, we will refund you the difference.
