All deliveries are during business days and can be impacted by our carries Covid 19 response. Since March 26th UPS have stated that they can no longer back delivery times with their money back guarantee.

IMPAC Inc is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
